Here’s what happens next.

1We Review Your Request

Once your form is submitted, our team will:

  • Look over your photos and description
  • Verify your purchase details (or gift details)
  • Match your piece to our warranty guidelines

Timeline: You’ll hear from us within 2 business days by email or text with next steps.

2We Let You Know If We Need the Item Back

In our reply, we’ll tell you:

  • Whether your item appears to be covered under warranty, and
  • If we need you to ship it back to us for inspection or repair

You’ll get clear instructions if a return is needed, including:

  • Where to send it
  • How to package it
  • Whether a prepaid label is included

Please wait for our email before sending anything back so we can be sure it gets to the right place and is processed quickly.

3We Repair, Replace, or Recommend the Best Option

After we’ve reviewed your item (and received it, if needed), we’ll choose the best option based on your warranty:

  • Repair of the same item, when possible
  • Replacement with the same style
  • Store credit if a repair or replacement isn’t available

Timeline: Most repairs and replacements are completed within 5 business days once we receive your piece.

4What’s Typically Covered vs. Not Covered

Our lifetime warranty is designed to cover genuine manufacturing issues, not everyday wear or accidental damage.

Usually covered (under normal wear):

  • Broken clasps or chains
  • Stones that come loose
  • Manufacturing or plating defects

Usually not covered:

  • Lost or severely damaged items
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or alterations

If it’s been more than 3 business days and you haven’t heard from us:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Search your inbox for “PRESSIE”
