Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Complimentary Shipping available on orders $100+*
  • Standard Shipping (orders  below $100): $6.95
  • Expedited Shipping & Overnight Shipping available by request only

Complimentary Shipping

  • *Complimentary shipping is only available on orders $100+ within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the link provided in your email.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options in the future.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at concierge@shoppressie.com .
  • While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist in locating your package.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package at concierge@shoppressie.com with photos of the damage for assistance.
