- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Complimentary Shipping available on orders $100+*
- Standard Shipping (orders below $100): $6.95
- Expedited Shipping & Overnight Shipping available by request only
Complimentary Shipping
- *Complimentary shipping is only available on orders $100+ within the continental United States.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment directly through the link provided in your email.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options in the future.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a reshipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at concierge@shoppressie.com .
- While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist in locating your package.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package at concierge@shoppressie.com with photos of the damage for assistance.
