At PRESSIE, we take pride in offering high-quality, thoughtfully crafted jewelry and gifts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom and personalized items, as well as discounted items or those marked as "Final Sale," are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Email us at returns@shoppressie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization
    Our team will provide our shipping address for eligible returns.
  3. Ship the Item
    Send the item back using your preferred shipping method. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at returns@shoppressie.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please email returns@shoppressie.com. Eligible returns will be refunded as a store credit.
